Please welcome Rahee Patel, PT and Brittany Braun, LMT as our featured speakers and instructors.

Rahee will speak on the importance of Pelvic Floor health and how it relates to the Pilates Method. She will give us pelvic floor exercises to learn and practice at the event (wear your comfortable pilates clothes). This is valuable information we all need, please join us.

Brittany will speak on the importance of maintaining strong yet supple facial muscles and how to massage them. We all want glowing vibrant skin as we age, by increasing blood flow, loosening tight muscles as in facial tension, etc. She will demonstrate self facial massage and then treat us to how it feels :-) I can't wait!!
