KAREN A. IRISH - PILATES STUDIO DIRECTOR

Karen A. Irish has been involved in the fitness industry since 1984 as a Director, Instructor, Personal Trainer, and an ACE Continuing Education Provider (American Councel on Exercise).

 

Her love and career is Pilates. She is a certified Mat & Equipment Pilates Instructor/Trainer. Her Pilates Equipment training and certification was acquired at The Pilates Wellness Center in Wellington, Florida under the direction of, Dr. Susan Tatiana Habanova, DC. www.pilateswellness.com

 

Karen's goal is to create a positive experience in the lives of others by utilizing a contemporary and safe method of Pilates that makes a difference in the way a person approaches their own fitness goals.

 

Her reputation has grown substantially within the community and she has become a sought after trainer and consultant in the area.
